Terms and Conditions of 28bet – Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you, the user ("User"), and the 28bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, creating an account, or using any service available at 28bet.express, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 28bet. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 28bet, including live and pre-match Sports Betting, casino games (slots, poker, jackpots, crash games, and Live Casino), bonuses and promotions, and all related services available on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at 28bet and use its services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal access to the platform from the territory where you are located;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion or account suspension on 28bet or on partner platforms;
• Not acting on behalf of third parties — each account represents exclusively its registered holder.

The 28bet reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the User's identity. Accepted documents include a national ID, driver's license, or valid passport. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3 User Account

Each User may hold one active account only at 28bet. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts and the cancellation of any balances and bonuses.

The User is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential;
• All activity carried out on the account, regardless of who performed it;
• Immediately notify 28bet in the event of suspected unauthorized access;
• Keep your contact details (email and phone number) up to date on the platform.

The 28bet shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of the User's account where the User failed to take appropriate security measures to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

The 28bet accepts the following deposit methods exclusively for users in Brazil:

• Pix: Instant deposits available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Funds available within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Boleto bancário: Processing within up to 2 business days after boleto payment.
• Credit and debit card: Accepted card brands are listed on the deposits page. Immediate processing for debit; up to 48 hours for credit.
• PicPay: Instant transfer via PicPay digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago: Transfer via Mercado Pago digital wallet.
• TED bank transfer: Accepted by major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating institutions. Processed within 1 business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction, regardless of the chosen method. Maximum transaction limits vary by method and can be checked on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. All deposits must be made by the User themselves, from a bank account or digital wallet registered in their name and CPF.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals at any time, provided they have an available balance and have met the rollover conditions of any active bonuses. Available withdrawal methods are:

• Pix: Processed within 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The recommended method and most widely used by 28bet.
• TED bank transfer: Processing within up to 1 business day, during applicable banking hours.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00 per transaction. For the first withdrawal, identity verification is required — submission of a photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and a selfie holding the document. This process is completed within 24 hours of receiving the full documentation.

All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or Pix key held by the User, registered under the same CPF as the account. 28bet. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The 28bet may request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The 28bet regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. All promotions have specific terms that must be read and accepted individually. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus is valid for a single User, identified by CPF, IP address, device, and banking details. Attempts to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved;
• The welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 is available for the first deposit only — users who have previously made a deposit are not eligible;
• Bonuses have an expiry date — generally 30 days after they are credited. Unused bonuses that expire within this period are automatically canceled without notice;
• The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount. Sports Betting wagers with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100% toward the rollover. Cancelled bets, early cash-out withdrawals, and bets placed under certain special promotions may contribute at a lower percentage;
• Slots contribute 100% toward bonus rollover requirements, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• The 28bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse, dutching, arbitrage, or patterns indicating misuse of promotions are identified.

Specific promotions — such as weekly cashback, slots tournaments, boosted odds, and free spins — have their own terms published on the promotion page at the time of launch. The conditions in effect at the time of redemption shall prevail.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on 28bet cover more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and European leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga and Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports, and tennis. General rules applicable to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or canceled by the User, except through the cash-out feature where available;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, bets are refunded to the User's balance;
• In the event of an obvious error in the odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), the 28bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amounts;
• Cash-out is available on selected live and pre-match bets. The cash-out amount is determined by real-time odds at the moment of the request and may be less than the original stake;
• Parlay (multi) bets are settled by multiplying all individual odds together. If any event in the parlay is canceled, the bet is recalculated excluding that event;
• The 28bet may cap the maximum bet amount per event or market at any time, particularly in markets with limited liquidity.

Bets placed using insider information, match fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation will be voided and the accounts involved will be closed, with a possible report to the relevant authorities.

8 Casino Games — Slots, Poker, and Jackpots

The casino games available at 28bet — including slots, poker, progressive jackpots, crash games, and live casino — are provided by certified suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, and Hacksaw Gaming. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is published in the game's information sheet. 11 Prohibited Conduct

12 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or email. If there is an available balance, the amount will be processed for withdrawal via the default method (Pix) before the account is closed.

The 28bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• Identification that the User is under 18 years of age;
• Failure to complete identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe;
• Court or regulatory order;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Unused deposit balances not tied to active bonuses will be returned to the User, except in cases of proven fraudulent activity.

13 Limitation of Liability

The 28bet provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary outages.

The 28bet is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed by the User, regardless of the outcome;
• Internet or device connection failures on the User's end during a gaming session or while placing a bet;
• Betting decisions based on information obtained from sources outside the platform;
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

The maximum liability of 28bet under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 28bet may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address and a platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice, except where required by law or regulation, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms is always available at 28bet.express/terms-conditions with the date of the last update indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect, requesting withdrawal of your available balance first.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the support channel of 28bet.

For formal complaints, the User may contact the 28bet by email at suporte@28bet.express, describing the situation in detail. The 28bet commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If no amicable resolution is reached, the courts of the User's place of domicile in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
